Cindy Tanaka - 9/3/2009 Product: Women's Core Fitness Class I have been taking HOP's Women's Core Fitness Class for three months and I love it! In HOP's one-hour class, I have a harder work out doing varied exercises at the different stations than a straight cardio session at the gym. Kevin Chang is an exceptional trainer and can actually make exercise fun! He motivates you to push yourself but always emphasizes proper stance and technique to avoid injury and teach you the right and effective way to exercise. He provides individualized attention to each client, noting their particular strengths and areas of concern. As a result of HOP training, I feel more energetic and notice I m toning in areas. I plan to continue mytrainings here and recommend HOP to anyone who wants to get fit.
