Ross Oshiro - Partner

With over 25 years of experience, Ross is a founding partner of Hawaii Optimum Performance. A graduate of Saint Louis High School in Honolulu, he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Education from the University of New Mexico and a Masters of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Ross holds certifications as an Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Trainers Association, a Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and as a Performance Enhancement Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also licensed by the State of Hawaii as a Massage Therapist.
